Welcome to Tiny Taste Buds (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling your child in our programs, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Participation

Tiny Taste Buds provides hands-on nutrition and food exploration experiences for children.

By enrolling your child, you acknowledge:

  • Participation is voluntary

  • Activities may include food tasting, sensory play, and movement

  • You understand the nature of the program and believe your child can safely participate

2. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Parents or guardians agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Disclose any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions

  • Keep emergency contact information up to date

Important:
While we take care to create a safe environment, you are responsible for informing us of any health concerns that may impact your child’s participation.

3. Food & Allergy Disclaimer

Tiny Taste Buds is not an allergen-free environment. While we make thoughtful efforts to:

  • Avoid common allergens when possible

  • Communicate ingredients clearly

  • Maintain safe food handling practices

We cannot guarantee that foods are free from cross-contamination. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in food-based and movement-based activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Minor injuries (e.g., slips, spills, or utensil use)

By enrolling your child, you:

  • Assume all reasonable risks associated with participation.

  • Release Tiny Taste Buds, its owners, instructors, and partners from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is required to secure your child’s spot in a program.

  • Programs are often limited in size and prepared in advance.

Refund Policy:

  • We require cancellation 10 days before the start date of any 6-week program. No refunds are available after this window.

  • Missed classes are non-refundable and may not be transferable.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Tiny Taste Buds reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule or cancel a class due to low enrollment, illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Provide a make-up session, credit, or refund if we cancel a class.

7. Behavior & Participation Expectations

We aim to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all children. If a child’s behavior:

  • Poses a safety concern.

  • Disrupts the experience for others.

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove the child from the session.

  • Discuss next steps with the parent/guardian.

8. Photo & Media Release

We may occasionally take photos or videos during classes for marketing or educational purposes.

By enrolling, you:

  • Grant permission for your child’s image to be used.

  • Understand that no identifying personal information will be shared.

9. Intellectual Property
