Our Purpose
At Tiny Taste Buds, we believe children learn best when they feel safe, curious, capable, and celebrated. Our Standards of Behavior reflect our commitment to creating joyful learning experiences while fostering a culture of professionalism, respect, collaboration, and fun!
These standards guide the classes we teach, the interactions we have, and the decisions we make.
1. Safety, Professionalism, and Accountability
The safety and well-being of every child is our highest responsibility. We demonstrate professionalism through our preparation, communication, and commitment to excellence. We:
Arrive at least 10 minutes early, prepared to teach.
Never leave children unattended.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, allergy, hygiene, and classroom safety protocols.
Communicate professionally, take ownership of our responsibilities, and contribute to a positive team culture.
2. Curiosity Builds Confidence
We create an environment where children feel safe to explore new foods without pressure or judgment. Every child learns at their own pace, and every step forward is worth celebrating. We:
