Does this sound familiar?

  • Mealtime negotiations & bribery.

  • Making separate dinners.

  • Eating the same few foods over and over again.

  • What they once ate, they won’t eat anymore.

  • Worried your growing child is not getting all of the nutrients they need?

You are not alone. Tiny Taste Buds is here to help!

A girl in a pink shirt excitedly looks at a stack of pancakes with a dollop of butter on top, sitting at a restaurant table.

That’s why we created Tiny Taste Buds.

We help children build confidence with healthy foods through playful, hands-on experiences that inspire curiosity and make trying new foods fun!

Because the best healthy habits are the ones kids choose for themselves.

ABOUT TINY TASTE BUDS
Two children, a girl with curly hair in a red vest and a boy with short curly hair in a denim jacket, eating fruit at a wooden table. In the background, an adult wearing a striped shirt and an apron prepares food in a kitchen.

Here’s the school gossip:

“83.3% of parents reported their kids becoming more brave, adventurous and exploratory around trying new foods at home after taking this class.”

Turns out, when kids are invited to explore food through play amongst their peers, they love it AND they learn more!

So… how do we do it?

Through tasting adventures, food play, movement, kitchen skills, and our signature Brave Bite approach, kids learn that healthy eating can feel safe, empowering, and even fun.

Did we mention we bring our classes right to your school? That means no extra driving for you!

What Parents are Saying!

What is a Brave Bite?

A smiling young boy with blonde hair and a brown shirt, holding a spoon, sitting at a table with a plate of food, in a bright indoor setting.
A young child wearing a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses eating strawberries at a table outdoors.
Two young children, a girl and a boy, are at a table eating. The girl is holding a piece of fruit and the boy is eating a banana. There are bowls of food on the table. In the background, an adult woman is preparing food in a kitchen.

A Brave Bite is any small step a child takes toward exploring food.

Sometimes a Brave Bite looks like smelling a strawberry, touching a carrot, licking a new food, taking one tiny taste, or asking a friend to try a bite with them!

At Tiny Taste Buds, bravery is not about forcing food. It’s about building confidence. We celebrate curiosity, effort, and willingness because those small moments are what create long-term change.

The goal is not perfection. The goal is to help kids begin to see themselves as capable, curious eaters who are open to exploring the world around them.

Overheard in pick-up line:

“I’m tired of negotiating bites at the dinner table.”

“My kid only eats the same few foods on repeat.”

“I wish my child would try new things.”
